Our goal with Pre Company is to begin developing exceptional dancers through exposing them to high level training, choreography and competition while maintaining a fun, encouraging and uplifting environment. The Dance Xplosion Pre-Company is an introduction to competitive dance. It is a pre company – It is not part of DXP or PDX. This company will allow you and your dancer to explore competitive dance training and competitions. If committing to the Dance Xplosion Pre-Company, you are expected to attend all required classes on a regular basis. The company is a team sport and attendance is a true necessity. The dancers feed off of the energy of one another and when dancers are missing, it throws the routine and class off. At the Pre-Company age/level, many dancers have partner parts; thus attendance is important. Please be on time and ready for class(es). Starting in January 2025, we will be offering Pop Up Pre Company Prep classes 1 time per month for dancers ages 3 and 4 that may be interested in Pre Company for the 2025-2026 dance season.
